About the role

We are seeking a driven and ambitious Sales Executive to join our team at BMJ Worldwide Pte Ltd in the Industrial Market. This is a full-time position where you will be responsible for driving sales of our industry-leading products and services to new and existing clients. As a Sales Executive, you will be a key player in helping us achieve our growth objectives and expanding our presence in the market.

What you'll be doing

  1. Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities within your assigned territory
  2. Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and present tailored solutions
  3. Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
  4. Maintain an extensive network of contacts and continuously build relationships within the industry
  5. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and campaigns
  6. Provide accurate sales forecasting and reporting to the management team

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 2-3 years of sales experience, preferably in the sales/consulting industry
  2. Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients
  4. Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a customer-centric approach
  5. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
  6. Familiarity with the local market and industry trends in the Industrial Market
