About the role

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Accounts Executive to join the dynamic finance team. As an Accounts / Senior Accounts Executive, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the company's financial records and ensuring accurate financial reporting. This full-time position is based in the River Valley Region.

What you'll be doing

  • Prepare and process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions in a timely and accurate manner
  • Reconcile bank statements and perform bank reconciliations
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and reports
  • Support the month-end and year-end close processes
  • Provide support in audit preparations and respond to auditor requests
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors and customers, to resolve financial queries
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial processes and controls

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in accounts or finance, preferably in the food and beverage industry
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting and reconciliation processes
  • Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
  • Excellent attention to detail and a proven track record of accuracy in financial data processing
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • A proactive and problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently
  • Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
