As an Senior Executive - Facilities Management, you will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Manage the daily upkeep and functional operations of all clinics, including the headquarters.
  • Plan budgets, oversee outsourcing and tender processes, and manage contract awards.
  • Create, track, and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Establish specific goals and action plans to organize and meet all operational requirements.
  • Control all approved spending, including planning, development, and execution.
  • Advise on outsourcing strategies and improve processes to increase customer satisfaction.
  • Administer both medical and non-medical service contracts.
  • Oversee all repair work and facilities maintenance projects.
  • Hold regular meetings with contractors and conduct performance surveys.
  • Coordinate routine servicing, repairs, and emergency site breakdowns.
  • Supervise a team of officers and contractors.
  • Ensure facilities and security meet ESS, JCI, and OHSAS certification standards.

Requirements:

  • Requires a Bachelor's degree in Estate Management, Facility Management, Building, or a related Engineering field.
  • Must have at least two years of experience in property or facilities maintenance, preferably within a healthcare setting.
  • Possessing a Certified Fire Safety Manager certification is a plus.
