*Core Responsibilities*

  • Analyse business operations, workflows, and processes to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Collect, interpret, and evaluate operational data to support key business decisions.
  • Develop dashboards, reports, and performance metrics to track business performance.
  • Conduct cost-benefit analysis and productivity studies to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Work closely with management to identify gaps and propose actionable solutions.
  • Prepare detailed business reports, forecasts, and operational planning documents.
  • Coordinate with different departments (sales, finance, logistics, HR, procurement) to streamline operations.
  • Evaluate operational risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
  • Support digital transformation initiatives, including automation and software implementation.
  • Assist in planning, budgeting, and resource allocation for ongoing business projects.

*Process Improvement & Strategy*

  • Monitor KPIs and operational targets to ensure continuous process improvement.
  • Map end-to-end processes and suggest optimisation strategies.
  • Implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to improve accuracy and consistency.
  • Provide analytical support in strategic planning and business growth initiatives.

*Stakeholder & Project Management*

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business challenges and propose data-driven solutions.
  • Manage operational projects, ensuring timely completion and alignment with business objectives.
  • Present findings, insights, and recommendations to senior management clearly and effectively.

*Systems & Tools*

  • Use analytical tools (Excel, Power BI, ERP/CRM systems, data dashboards) to analyse and present data.
  • Maintain and update operational databases and internal systems to ensure data accuracy.

*Compliance & Documentation*

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain accurate documentation for operational processes, reports, and SOPs.
