About the role
We are seeking a talented and organised Client & Sales Administrator to join our dynamic team at AUTO ARZT' in Jurong West West Region. This full-time position is crucial in supporting our sales operations and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.
What you'll be doing

Manage and maintain client records and sales data with meticulous attention to detail

Handle all incoming customer enquiries, orders, and requests in a timely and professional manner

Provide administrative support for data entries

Assist with the coordination of sales activities, such as scheduling appointments and following up on leads

Contribute to the development and improvement of sales processes and procedures

Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless communication and efficient workflow
What we're looking for

Proven experience in a client or sales administration role, preferably within the automotive or related industry

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues

Proficient in using office productivity tools, such as Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace

Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure
