What We're Looking For
l Bachelor's degree or above in Civil Engineering, Transportation, Project Management or IT-related fields.
l 3–5 years' experience in project management (smart city, IT, AI, or infrastructure preferred).
l Strong organizational and communication skills; Excellent bilingual communication and leadership skills.
l Familiar with Agile/Scrum and traditional project management methods.
l PMP / PRINCE2 certification is a strong advantage.
What You'll Do
l Lead Projects End-to-End: Own the full lifecycle — from planning and execution to monitoring and closure.
l Partner with Clients & Agencies: Build strong relationships, manage expectations, and deliver clear progress updates.
l Drive Team Collaboration: Coordinate cross-functional teams (software, AI, hardware, engineering), and bridge our Singapore and China teams.
l Ensure Quality & Compliance: Oversee documentation, testing, and regulatory alignment; continuously improve processes.
