About the Role
We're looking for a driven Recruiter (Local Nanny Division) to help build and grow our local nanny network — the Aunty Concierge arm. This is not a typical recruitment role, you'll be shaping a key business vertical from the ground up. You'll oversee the full recruitment and matching process: sourcing and onboarding nannies, understanding family needs, and ensuring the perfect match between caregiver and client.
This role blends recruitment, operations, and client success. Ideal for someone who enjoys people-centric work and problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and scale the regular nanny and babysitting arm by recruiting, screening, and onboarding quality nannies.
- Match families and nannies based on needs, schedules, and compatibility to ensure long-term satisfaction.
- Engage clients through consultative conversations to understand childcare requirements and position suitable solutions.
- Manage client relationships, follow up on enquiries, and support renewals or extensions.
- Contribute to process improvements. Helping refine recruitment, onboarding, and systems as we grow.
Who You Are
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 1–2 years of working experience (HR, recruitment, operations, or service industry a plus)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Adaptable and resourceful in a fast-moving environment
- Self-starter with a growth mindset, eager to build, learn, and improve
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $3, $5,500.00 per month
