Our client, a well-known company is looking for candidates for the position of Sales & Order Processing Administrator.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and distributors in the Oceania region.
  • Create quotations based on customer requests utilizing an internal enterprise system.
  • Maintain and update customer records and sales data within the CRM systems.
  • Process purchase orders accurately, ensuring timely invoicing and order fulfillment.
  • Coordinate with internal logistics and partners to guarantee prompt and efficient deliveries.
  • Monitor stock levels and communicate lead times to customers effectively.
  • Manage import/export documentation and ensure compliance with internal requirements.
  • Assist with warranty claims and client service requests as part of after-sales support.
  • Archive essential records securely within company file servers.
  • Complete any additional ad-hoc duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Diploma or NITEC in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience is preferred; training will be provided for candidates without prior experience.
  • Experience in international logistics or export documentation is an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, & PowerPoint).
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong team player with well-developed interpersonal skills.
