Our client, an established company in the marine telecommunication industry, is seeking for a suitable and passionate candidate to join the team

Job Responsibilities:

  • Plan and coordinate sales project activities
  • Prepare and submit sales quotes and documentation
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate quote processing
  • Provide customer service; answer customers' queries via calls, emails etc
  • Provide timely updates to customers on inventory and delivery status
  • Assist to resolve any issues with customers in a prompt manner
  • Generate reports and maintain relevant reports
  • Other relevant duties as required

Job Requirements:

  • · Minimum Diploma and above in any discipline
  • · Minimum 2 – 3 years of relevant experience in sales support, order fulfilment or equivalent
  • · Some experience in project management is advantageous
  • · Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • · Proficient in MS Office
