Responsibilities:
• Drive business growth and expand client base within the recruitment sector, focusing on the precision engineering industry in Singapore.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities with prospective clients and build strong, long-term relationships.
• Work closely with hiring managers and HR leaders to propose customized recruitment solutions.
• Achieve and exceed targets by developing strategic plans to attract new clients and enhance account retention.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends and industry practices to remain competitive in the recruitment landscape.
• Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals and presentations to potential clients.
• Monitor, track, and report on sales and business development activities to management.
• Degree / Diploma in Business, Human Resources, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or recruitment, preferably within the engineering or technical sectors.
• Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales or client acquisition targets.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Highly motivated, results-driven, and proactive in driving business growth.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to develop effective business strategies.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with recruitment databases or ATS is an advantage.
