About the Role:

Secretarial support for Security Management Team

  • Provide comprehensive secretarial support, including documentation and coordination tasks.

Coordinate and schedule meetings for the department

  • Organize and maintain the meeting calendar, ensuring all necessary attendees are informed and prepared.

Assist in processing passes applications and Key Management System access requests:

  • Facilitate the application process and manage access requests efficiently.

Monthly submissions:

  • Billings, budget & expenses for the Security Department
  • Attendance, contract service report and Credit Note for Security Agency
  • Safety Manhours report

Quarterly Team Meeting

  • Prepare meeting logistics to ensure smooth and productive quarterly meetings.

Finance Procurement/Purchases

  • Ad-hoc purchase requisitions and billings

Training/Course for Security Department:

  • Course sourcing
  • Liaise with HR on course application

Ad-hoc Tasks

  • Additional tasks and duties as assigned by the Security Director or Manager

About You:

  • Nitec or Diploma in facility management/building services/engineering related disciplines.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
