About the Role:
Secretarial support for Security Management Team
- Provide comprehensive secretarial support, including documentation and coordination tasks.
Coordinate and schedule meetings for the department
- Organize and maintain the meeting calendar, ensuring all necessary attendees are informed and prepared.
Assist in processing passes applications and Key Management System access requests:
- Facilitate the application process and manage access requests efficiently.
Monthly submissions:
- Billings, budget & expenses for the Security Department
- Attendance, contract service report and Credit Note for Security Agency
- Safety Manhours report
Quarterly Team Meeting
- Prepare meeting logistics to ensure smooth and productive quarterly meetings.
Finance Procurement/Purchases
- Ad-hoc purchase requisitions and billings
Training/Course for Security Department:
- Course sourcing
- Liaise with HR on course application
Ad-hoc Tasks
- Additional tasks and duties as assigned by the Security Director or Manager
About You:
- Nitec or Diploma in facility management/building services/engineering related disciplines.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
