**Job Description and Requirements
- Process purchase requisitions from user departments, and co-ordinates between user and supplier
- Obtain quotation from suppliers and do comparison of item costs.
- Generate and send out purchase orders
- Assist in receiving and checking of goods
- Administer, communicate and co-ordinate delivery and shipment related activities between sales department and freight forwarding companies
- Responsible for the efficiency, timely and accurate preparation of shipping documents and ensure accurate declaration of permits
- Assist in basic receptionist duties
- Support department with general admin duties
- **Diploma and above with 1~3 years' experience in logistics **Training will be provided.

- **Working location in Tuas Plant,**:
- 5 days' work week from 8am - 5pm
- **Salary ranging from $2,000 - $3,000 with AWS & Variable Bonus**:
- **Transportation Allowance & Productivity Allowance **Company transport provide, pick-up point at Lakeside station.
