Christ Methodist Church is seeking an organized and proactive Office Manager/PA to Pastor-in-charge to support the Pastor-in-charge and the administration functions of our Church Office. This role will be essential in ensuring efficient communication and coordination across departments, facilitating planning, and supporting executive leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and strategic support to reporting officer in day-to-day operations and key initiatives.
  • Oversee and manage local office administration, budget control, and workplace safety and health compliance
  • Address employee inquiries and manage employee relations matters while coordinating local initiatives such as company events to foster engagement

·       Supporting the Pastor-in-charge in calendaring.

·       Be a gatekeeper to internal and external stakeholder when meeting time is required from the Pastor-in-charge

·       Utilising Microsoft office tools to create reports

·       Keeping track with administration vendors

·       Creating effective workflow for administration

·       Working with various ministries to drive necessary changes

  • Coordinate internal communications to ensure smooth collaboration across teams and alignment with church goals
  • Support the implementation of church policies and procedures to maintain consistency and compliance across administrations
  • Any other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • 'A' Level/Poly graduate
  • Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to coordinate across multiple teams.
  • Proficiency in business reporting tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

·       At least 5 years of experience in executive support and office management in order to understand the work context and expectations

Remuneration will be commensurate with experience.
