We are seeking an ambitious and driven MBA Intern to join our dynamic Commercial Team. This position will provide valuable hands-on experience in areas such as sales excellence, marketing, and business analysis. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, business acumen, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for working in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in conducting market research and analysis to identify trends and insights that support business strategies.
  • Support the sales excellence team by analyzing sales data, performance metrics, and developing actionable recommendations.
  • Collaborate with team members to create presentations and reports for management.
  • Participate in strategy sessions to brainstorm and implement solutions to improve sales performance.
  • Provide administrative support as needed for various projects and initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in an MBA program or a related field at an accredited institution.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree majoring in Engineering/Science or related field is highly preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
