Central Region, Singapore CGP Personnel Full time $60,000 - $90,000 per year
  • Responsible for supporting daily operations to ensure a robust and timely validation process.
  • Key duties include conducting telephone validations, verifying interview accuracy, organizing project documentation, and managing stakeholder queries.
  • Evaluate data quality by verifying validation results, reporting irregularities, and conducting onsite checks to ensure adherence to protocols.
  • Support project setup through script testing and participation in briefings.
  • Uphold quality control standards by reviewing SOPs, identifying improvement areas, and implementing enhancements to maintain consistent data quality and integrity across projects.

LOCATION: City Hall

SALARY & BENEFITS:

Fixed Basic: $1,400 ($16.5/hour)

  • 14 AL & MC (Pro-rated)

WORKING DAYS & HOURS:

Tuesday - Friday

2pm - 7pm

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Min Diploma
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in market research operations or quality control
  • Effective communication skills to convey the information clearly so respondents can understand
  • Active Listening — give full attention to what respondents are saying, take time to understand the points being made, ask questions as appropriate, and not interrupt at inappropriate times
  • Able to document outcomes accurately in an unbiased and organised manner
  • Strong numeracy skills with intermediate knowledge of Excel & Microsoft Office
  • Attentive to details while able to meet deadlines
  • Proven communication and interpersonal skills to deliver outcomes and follow up on action required
