Job Description

The Beauty Training Manager is responsible for leading and delivering comprehensive training programs that ensure our staff uphold Seung Tae's standards of excellence in product knowledge, customer service, and sales performance. You will play a key role in developing training content, mentoring staff, and supporting operational consistency across outlets, while also working closely with management on product launches and service innovations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular training sessions for new and existing staff on:

    • Skin and product knowledge

    • Service and customer care standards (across different outlets)

    • Sales techniques and communication skills (across different outlets)
  • Collaborate with Directors on new product and promotion launches; deliver training to all outlet staff.
  • Develop, update, and maintain training materials, manuals, and SOPs to ensure consistency across outlets.
  • Conduct practical assessments and evaluations to measure staff performance and skill improvements.
  • Provide on-the-job coaching, shadowing support, and role-play training when required.
  • Support video production shoots for training, marketing, or promotional purposes.
  • Work closely with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) during treatment sessions to ensure smooth collaboration.
  • Monitor outlet hygiene standards, perform regular audits, and recommend improvements.
  • Design and implement hygiene duty timetables for staff.
  • Handle customer complaints professionally and provide effective resolutions.
  • Plan and organize refresher courses, workshops, and continuous upskilling programs.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor practices; share insights with management.
  • Motivate, mentor, and counsel staff to maintain high service standards and overall well-being.
  • Provide management with feedback on staff training needs and performance gaps.
  • Represent the company occasionally in product/treatment demonstrations, seminars, or industry events.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in retail, beauty, or training.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
  • Willingness to travel across outlets and overseas for training assignments.
  • Singapore Citizens or Permanent Residents preferred.
