Description

Contract procurement and post-contract administration in conjunction with Project Management Team. The Contract Manager shall be the focal point with Client for the project on all contractual matters and be responsible for day-to-day management, execution and delivery of the Contract.


Responsibilities

  • Lead contract management team for projects in Singapore
  • Participate in new tender contract T&Cs review
  • Focal point with Client and Subcontractors on contractual-related matters
  • Responsible for day-to-day management, execution and delivery of the contracts and subcontracts
  • Prepare and review non-standard Terms & Conditions for critical material purchases
  • Lead subcontract procurement and post-contract administration, ensuring corporate compliance
  • Work closely with both internal and external stakeholders in fulfilling timely procurement / contract award and required project deliverables

Requirements:

The candidate should be fluent in the English Language and have a relevant contracts experience for the oil and gas industry with at least ten (10) years' experience and have a recognized technical qualification, degree or similar e.g. degree in engineering.

Public building infrastructure, LNG and /or FSRU-related contract management experiences are preferred.
