Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Organise the cases for the sonographers
  • Coordinate cases at the radiology department
  • Update patient registration information and process medical records in accordance with standard operating procedures and clinic guidelines
  • Liaise with medical teams and patients in making appointments across different medical specialities/clinics within the Group

Job requirements

  • Minimum 'O' Level/ NITEC/ Diploma in any discipline with at least 3 years of working experience in clinic settings preferred
  • Meticulous and organised, able to multi-task and work in teams
  • Proficiency in English and Chinese
  • Fast Learner and IT savvy
  • Good customer service and front-line skills
  • Able to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment
  • Computer literate, ability to use MS Word, MS Excel and manage patient registration
  • Must be able to commit to shift work including working weekends
