Job Description- Assist in preparing, organizing, and reviewing documentation required for submissions to authorities, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Conduct research on relevant regulations, guidelines, and compliance requirements to support submission processes.
- Coordinate with internal teams, including design, engineering, and project management, to gather necessary information and ensure timely submission of documents.
- Maintain an organized database of submission documents, approvals, and correspondence with authorities.
- Monitor submission timelines and follow up with authorities to track the progress of applications.
- Assist in addressing queries or requests for additional information from regulatory bodies.
- Support the team in preparing presentations, reports, and other materials related to authority submissions.
- Stay updated on changes in local regulations that may impact the submission process.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in [relevant field, e.g., engineering, urban planning, environmental science, public administration, or related field].
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
