About the role

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to join our dynamic team at CA STUDIO PTE. LTD. in Kampong Ubi, Singapore. As an Accounts Assistant, you will play a vital role in maintaining the financial health and record-keeping of our construction project management firm. This is a full-time position that offers opportunities for professional development and growth.

What you'll be doing

  1. Processing and recording financial transactions, including progress claim, invoices, payments, and receipts
  2. Reconciling bank statements and managing accounts payable and receivable
  3. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records and reports
  4. Liaise with clients, architect, consultants, suppliers etc etc... Resource Management, A multi tasker and assist other adhoc works as and when requirement by the Management. Need to attend site meetings / discussion with relevant parties, also correspondence
  5. Providing administrative support to the finance and management team
  6. Adhering to financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 3 years of experience in an accounts or finance role, preferably in the construction or project management industry
  2. Strong numerical and analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail
  3. Proficient in the use of accounting software and MS Office applications
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  6. Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
