- Oversee full accounting functions for both Singapore and Malaysia entities.
- Prepare monthly financial statements, management reports, and cash flow updates.
- Manage AP/AR, invoicing, reconciliations, and month-end closing.
- Ensure compliance with GST/SST, tax, and statutory requirements.
- Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and external partners.
- Monitor budgets, expenses, and cost controls across both countries.
- Supervise and guide the accounting assistant to ensure accurate and timely work.
- Handle ad-hoc financial matters and maintain proper internal controls.
- Minimum 3–5 years relevant accounting experience.
- Strong knowledge of Singapore and Malaysia accounting standards, GST/SST, and tax rules.
- Proficient in accounting software and MS Excel.
- Able to handle full set of accounts independently.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and ability to liaise with auditors, tax agents, and external parties.
- Able to supervise and guide an accounting assistant.
- Organized, responsible, and able to meet deadlines.
