What you'll be doing

  1. Preparing a variety of authentic Japanese dishes according to established recipes and presentation standards
  2. Assisting in the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, including food preparation, cooking, and cleaning tasks
  3. Maintaining a clean and organised work environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations
  4. Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure efficient workflow and timely service
  5. Providing excellent customer service and addressing any customer inquiries or concerns

What we're looking for

  1. Proven experience as a Japanese cook or kitchen crew member, with a strong understanding of traditional Japanese cuisine and cooking techniques
  2. Excellent knife skills and attention to detail in food presentation
