Location: Ion Orchard/ Suntec City Working Hours: 5.5 Days/ Week

  • Opening Shift: 9am - 6pm
  • Closing Shift: 12pm - 10pm/ 1pm - 10:30pm

Salary: Basic Up To $2.4k + Shift Allowances + OT = Up To $3.2k

Description:

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to menu and standards.
  • Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet brand expectations.
  • Assist with food prep, cutting, portioning, and plating.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen stations.
  • Comply with food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
  • Support inventory checks and proper storage of ingredients.
  • Work closely with kitchen team and service crew to ensure smooth operations.
  • Assist in receiving, checking, and storing kitchen supplies.
  • Perform other kitchen-related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Min 1-2 years of prior experience in a kitchen or F&B setting preferred.
  • Possess Food Hygiene Certificate (Can Send for training if don't have).
  • Passion for cooking and willingness to learn Japanese culinary techniques.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Basic knowledge of food hygiene and kitchen safety.
  • Singaporean Only.
