Salary: $11/hr

21st Oct - 31st Dec 2025 (Extendable)

3-5 days (Can choose - Fixed 3-5 days)

8-9 hours from 9.45am - 7pm Key Responsibilities (Training provided)

Assist in the coordination of exhibitions and museum programs

Provide services and engage the visitors, schools, and special groups

Support front-of-house duties including ticketing, information services, and crowd management

Engage with visitors to enhance their understanding and appreciation of contemporary art

Monitor gallery spaces to ensure the safety of artworks and visitors

Ensure adherence to museum policies and uphold service standards

Requirements

Minimum N/O-levels

Prior experience in customer service preferred

Strong communication and public engagement skills

Able to work on weekends, public holidays, and during exhibition periods

A team player who is adaptable, proactive, and service-oriented

Willing to travel offsite - Outside deployment (Woodlands, Jurong and Tampines)
