RESPONSIBILITIES

·       Act as the main contact point for all facility related matters.

·       Coordinate and liaise with contractors, tenants and inter departments to resolve site issues effectively.

·       Respond to urgent site situations and be on standby after office hours.

·       Perform hands-on tasks (e.g. replacing lighting bulbs, ballasts and minor repairs).

·       Oversee and manage M&E systems especially ACMV (Air-Conditioner & Mechanical Ventilation) and BAS (Building Automation Systems).

·       Handle administrative duties such as logging maintenance activities and preparing reports.

·       Support Defect Liability Period (DLP) and Variation Orders (VO) processes.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

·       Relevant experience in facilities management (M&E/ACMV/BAS).

·       Strong interpersonal and communication skills-able to work well with diverse stakeholders (contractors, tenants and colleagues).

·       Calm and professional when handling stressful or urgent situations.

·       Technically inclined and independent in troubleshooting electrical/mechanical issues.

·       Must be comfortable with walking within warehouse buildings.

·       Responsible, committed and solution oriented.

·       Must be comfortable with after-hours standby duty.
