Job title: Probe Card Engineer

Reports to: Hardware Engineering Department Head

Work location: Woodlands

Role: Permanent

Shift: Regular / 42 hrs

Salary: SGD 3,200 and above (based on experiences)

Key responsibilities:


• Attend daily meetings to review probe card performance and follow up on action items


• Analyze probe card failure data and prepare reports if abnormalities are detected


• Support the probe card team on maintenance and troubleshooting


• Liaise and follow up with Product Engineering Department to resolve probe card issues and improve testing yield performance


• Review, modify, and implement operational procedures according to technical specifications from HQ, customers, and vendors


• Communicate with HQ, customers, and vendors on probe card-related matters and complete action items on time


• Respond to customer queries in a timely manner


• Responsible for PRVX operation and maintenance, and create reference files for probe cards


• Review and update SOP or OI to align with current practice/specifications and update probe card team members on changes


• Support purchase activities to source required tools and machineries for probe card maintenance


• Perform any ad-hoc tasks assigned by management

Job specification:


• Minimum Diploma in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or relevant field


• Minimum 1 year of working experience


• Able to speak and write in Mandarin to understand Chinese documents and liaise with Chinese-speaking counterparts


• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for report generation and presentations


• Knowledge in probe card technology (wafer sort) with 1–2 years of relevant experience will be an advantage
