Singapore VY SYSTEMS PTE. LTD. Full time $90,000 - $120,000 per year

Job Responsibilities:

  • Independently design, develop, and deploy IT solutions.
  • Implement security measures to protect data and systems.
  • Administer and maintain the Microsoft 365 environment.
  • Assist manager in leading or co-leading IT projects.
  • Monitor logs for security threats and anomalies
  • Provide prompt technical support and resolve IT issues.
  • Perform incident and problem management.
  • Work with internal stakeholders to enhance system functionality.
  • Serve as backup support for vessel IT operations.
  • Manage IT procurement, billing, and vendor coordination.
  • Conduct daily, monthly, and annual IT operational checks.
  • Automate IT processes for improved efficiency.
  • Travel occasionally for vessel support as required.

Requirements:

  • Strong experience with Microsoft 365 (Intune, Compliance, Security); min. 2 years.
  • 5+ years of L2 support in mid/large enterprises (100+ headcount).
  • Proven experience managing or facilitating IT projects.
  • Excellent communication and user support skills.
  • Skilled in networking and next-gen firewall management
  • Solid grasp of cybersecurity principles.
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant IT experience.
  • ITIL certification is required.
  • MS-102 (M365 Certified Administrator Expert) is a plus.
