About the Roles

We are looking for a Production Engineer (Chemical / Mechanical) to join a leading manufacturing company in Tuas. This is a permanent position with a 5-day work week, Monday to Friday (8AM – 5PM). Transport is conveniently provided from Choa Chu Kang. The role offers a competitive package including basic salary, AWS, and variable bonus, along with opportunities to contribute to impactful production operations.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Supervise daily production activities to ensure efficiency and smooth operations.
  • Monitor product quality to consistently meet customer requirements and standards.
  • Provide solutions and support for operational issues faced by production teams.
  • Implement preventive measures to avoid process non-conformances.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to achieve production targets.
  • Review and evaluate documentation such as product drawings, specifications, data sheets, and calculations.
  • Offer technical guidance and coordinate integration of tasks across production teams.
  • Apply process expertise in design calculations, equipment sizing, and selection.
  • Handle additional production-related duties as assigned by management.

What We're Looking For

  • Degree in Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
  • At least 5 years of experience, preferably in chemical, process, or manufacturing environments.
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Proactive, hands-on, and capable of performing effectively under pressure.
