About the Roles

We are seeking a Production Engineer (Chemical / Mechanical) to join our team in Tuas. This permanent role offers a basic salary, AWS, and a variable bonus. The working hours are from 8AM to 5PM, Monday to Friday, with transport provided from Choa Chu Kang, ensuring ease of commute.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Ensure products consistently meet customer specifications and satisfaction standards.
  • Oversee daily production activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
  • Provide support and problem-solving solutions to address routine production challenges.
  • Take proactive steps to prevent non-conformances in internal processes.
  • Drive and support process improvement initiatives to meet production targets.
  • Review product documentation, technical drawings, data sheets, and specifications.
  • Guide and integrate the work of production teams to ensure effective coordination.
  • Apply process expertise to design calculations, equipment sizing, and selection.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.

What We're Looking For

  • A Degree in Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the chemical, process, or manufacturing industries.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
  • A hands-on, proactive approach with the ability to perform well under pressure.
