Your new company

Your new company is an Asian wholesale bank who are currently looking for a Director, Investment Banking, to join their Singapore office.

Your new role

  • Lead the execution of IPOs, RTOs, Privatisation, Fund-Raising and other corporate finance transactions
  • Lead the execution of merger & acquisition financial advisory transactions
  • Assist the Head of Investment Banking in the origination, marketing and evaluation of potential deals

What you'll need to succeed

  • Recognised Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Business, Accountancy or any related discipline
  • 8 to 10 years of corporate finance experience
  • Have experience in leading IPO executions where the bank acted as "Issue Manager" or "Sponsor" in the IPO
  • Have M&A execution experience for both listed and unlisted clients
  • Effectively bilingual in English and Chinese to liaise with internal and external stakeholders
