Job Summary

We are seeking skilled and innovative ICT Developers to join our team. As an ICT Developer, you will design, develop, and maintain ICT systems and applications, ensuring high performance, scalability, and reliability. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions that meet organizational and user needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • System Development: Design, develop, test, and deploy ICT systems, applications, and software.
  • Requirement Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into technical specifications.
  • Integration: Ensure seamless integration of ICT systems with existing infrastructures and third-party services.
  • Troubleshooting: Identify, debug, and resolve system and application issues in a timely manner.
  • Upgrades and Maintenance: Implement system updates, patches, and enhancements while ensuring minimal downtime.
  • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive technical documentation for systems, applications, and processes.
  • Security: Apply best practices in ICT security to safeguard systems and data from potential threats.
  • Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams, including designers, analysts, and project managers, to deliver solutions that meet business objectives.
  • Research and Development: Stay updated with emerging technologies and assess their potential for implementation.


Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Technical Expertise:
    • Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, C#, JavaScript).
    • Strong knowledge of databases (e.g., SQL, NoSQL).
    • Experience with ICT frameworks and tools.
    • Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
  • Networking Knowledge: Understanding of ICT networking, system architecture, and protocols.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
