Job Description & Requirements

The Services required are set out as follows:

A) Information Technology Training Support

  1. Conduct computer courses. E.g. Ms Office, Macromedia Flash,

Dreamweaver, Adobe Photoshop, Video training, Internet

security, computer architecture basics, basic programming skills

using Scratch, Arduino Robot Kits, Micro:bits, Sphero BOLT,

Drone Education, ICT Baseline Skills and others for pupils and

staff.

  1. Assist teachers in deploying ICT infused lessons and

assessment to students.

  1. Digitising of past years exam paper to auto-mark online

assessment in SLS.

  1. Identify and train students for national/ regional competitions.

  2. Assist teachers in content management and development

  3. Assist to monitor and evaluate the progress of the

projects/assignments.

  1. Collate and document feedback from the students regarding the

computer course at the end of each course.

  1. Assist in taking photographs at school events and managing

Digital Archive in the school network.

  1. Assist in Inventory Audit and movement of ICT and AVA

equipment.

  1. Assist the School in producing and printing of posters for school

events.

  1. Assist in guiding student and staff in handling MOE Student

Learning Spaces (SLS) Platform.

B) Teachers and School Programme Support

  1. Ensure that all ICT facilities are operational during the lessons.

  2. Assist subject departments and teachers with ICT-related content

development.

  1. Provide technical consultancy for the development of Innovative

ideas.

  1. Assist teachers in the preparation of students for ICT-

competitions.

  1. Assist in organising inter-class/school ICT-related competitions.

  2. Assist school website development, updates and maintenance.

  3. Assist in updating school social media account-Facebook and

Instagram Account.

C) Administrative

  1. To assist staff and pupils in matters relating to Student Learning

Spaces (SLS).

  1. Monthly meeting with school ICT committee.

  2. Any ICT related projects assigned by Principal/Vice

Principals/HOD ICT/AVA/MRL

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $2, $3,200.00 per month
