The opportunity

Molly Manners Singapore is seeking dedicated and experienced Workshop Facilitators to lead engaging workshops for children and teens in various parts of Singapore. As a Workshop Facilitator, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the social and emotional development of young individuals through interactive and impactful sessions.

Key responsibilities

  1. Deliver interactive workshops covering topics such as social skills, emotional intelligence, resilience, and conflict resolution
  2. Create a safe and inclusive environment that encourages active participation and learning
  3. Adapt workshop content and delivery to meet the unique needs and learning styles of different age groups
  4. Collaborate with the Molly Manners team to continuously improve workshop materials and facilitation techniques
  5. Maintain accurate records and provide feedback on workshop outcomes
  6. Contribute to the overall growth and development of the Molly Manners programme

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 2 years of experience in facilitating workshops or leading group activities for children and/or teens
  2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and inspire young audiences
  3. Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  4. Creativity and the ability to design engaging, interactive workshops
  5. Relevant qualifications in education, teaching and training, psychology, social work, or a related field
  6. Enthusiasm for promoting positive social and emotional development in young individuals
