The opportunity
Molly Manners Singapore is seeking dedicated and experienced Workshop Facilitators to lead engaging workshops for children and teens in various parts of Singapore. As a Workshop Facilitator, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the social and emotional development of young individuals through interactive and impactful sessions.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver interactive workshops covering topics such as social skills, emotional intelligence, resilience, and conflict resolution
- Create a safe and inclusive environment that encourages active participation and learning
- Adapt workshop content and delivery to meet the unique needs and learning styles of different age groups
- Collaborate with the Molly Manners team to continuously improve workshop materials and facilitation techniques
- Maintain accurate records and provide feedback on workshop outcomes
- Contribute to the overall growth and development of the Molly Manners programme
What we're looking for
- Minimum 2 years of experience in facilitating workshops or leading group activities for children and/or teens
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and inspire young audiences
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Creativity and the ability to design engaging, interactive workshops
- Relevant qualifications in education, teaching and training, psychology, social work, or a related field
- Enthusiasm for promoting positive social and emotional development in young individuals
