We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Supervisor to oversee our delivery operations. This pivotal role involves coordinating daily logistics, ensuring timely and accurate distribution of goods, managing vehicle utilization, and providing leadership to our team of delivery drivers. As the central liaison between our delivery personnel, and customers, you will uphold service standards and drive operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Delivery Coordination: Plan and supervise daily delivery schedules, ensuring optimal route efficiency and adherence to delivery timelines.

Driver Management: Lead, mentor, and support delivery drivers, promoting adherence to company protocols, safety standards, and customer service excellence.

Vehicle Oversight: Manage vehicle assignments, monitor usage, and coordinate regular maintenance to ensure fleet readiness and compliance.

Quality Assurance: Verify accurate packing, documentation, and loading of goods for dispatch, maintaining high standards of delivery accuracy.

Issue Resolution: Monitor delivery progress, promptly address delays or customer complaints, and implement effective solutions to logistical challenges.

Record Keeping: Maintain comprehensive delivery records, logs, and performance reports to facilitate accountability and continuous improvement.

Compliance Monitoring: Conduct routine checks to ensure compliance with traffic laws, safety regulations, and internal operational procedures.

Warehouse Collaboration: Work closely with warehouse staff to enhance dispatch accuracy and reduce turnaround times.

Requirements:

Proven experience in logistics, transportation, or delivery operations, with prior supervisory experience preferred.

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities under time-sensitive conditions.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of leading diverse teams and interacting with customers effectively.

In-depth knowledge of Singapore's road networks and traffic regulations.

A valid Class 4 driving license is advantageous.
