We are hiring on behalf of established F&B groups for the position of F&B Management Trainee.

This role offers a structured pathway for individuals who are passionate about building a long-term career in the food & beverage industry.

Position 1: Front of House (Service Operations)

  • Provide excellent customer service and handle guest feedback
  • Oversee floor operations, cleanliness, and staff coordination
  • Support training and development of service staff
  • Ensure SOPs and food hygiene standards are upheld

Position 2: Hot Kitchen (Back of House)

  • Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with recipes and standards
  • Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and kitchen hygiene
  • Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
  • Support BOH team in meeting quality and output standards
Requirements
  • Degree holder (F&B / Hospitality / Business preferred)
  • At least 1 year of F&B experience preferred
  • Willing to work split shifts, weekends, and public holidays
