JR67708 Intern - Manufacturing

As a manufacturing intern, you will be experiencing first-hand the world leading NAND manufacturing process in F10 Micron, guided hands-on maintenance activities on manufacturing tools as well as insights into the daily operations of a world-class fabrication plant.

Project Scope:

During your internship, you will be introduced to the different manufacturing processes available in the F10 Micron. At the same time, you will be assigned a mentor who will guide and share with you the different maintenance events, manufacturing tool release procedures, planning, and execution of continuous improvement projects in your internship journey and how all these different pieces of a puzzle come together to impact the manufacturing metrics in a wafer fabrication plant. This role will develop critical thinking skills, a growth mindset, along with strategic planning and execution skills in you.

Deliverables:
  1. To demonstrate a basic understanding of the different manufacturing processes in the wafer fabrication plant.
  2. To demonstrate a basic understanding of the different scheduled and unscheduled maintenance events in the wafer fabrication plant.
  3. To demonstrate basic competency in performing hands-on for different scheduled and unscheduled maintenance in the wafer fabrication plant.
  4. To demonstrate a basic understanding of the manufacturing tool releases post maintenance events in the wafer fabrication plant.
  5. To demonstrate a basic understanding and competency in the planning and execution of a continuous improvement project in the wafer fabrication plant.
  6. To demonstrate a basic understanding of the different manufacturing metrics and their impacts in the wafer fabrication plant.

  1. Diploma in Engineering
  2. Availability period: Mar to Aug 2025
