Title of Internship:
Manufacturing Systems Process and Efficiency Improvement.
Scope of Internship:
Understand day-to-day Manufacturing Operations and how to resolve Challenges encountered. Conduct Time and Motion Studies to improve Operation Efficiency. Design and implement systems and reports to monitor and drive good performance, based on data driven analysis. Collaborate with various departments, including Process, Equipment, Planning, IT for process and equipment improvement. Gain hands on experience in engage a team of people, to deliver synergized Team Performance.
Project deliverables upon completion of the internship program:
Improved Manufacturing Process Flow that reduces Operational Touch Time and Hidden Factory. Optimized Employee Engagement, Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost Performance. Presentation to the Manufacturing Management Team on project progress and findings,
Course of Interest and Duration:
Engineering, 6 months.
