About the role

We are seeking an exceptional Assistant Brand Manager to join our dynamic marketing team at PSC Corporation Ltd.

This temporary will be based in our Boon Lay Place West Region office and will play a crucial part in the development and execution of our brand strategies.

What you'll be doing

  • Assist the Brand Manager in developing and implementing effective brand strategies to drive engagement and loyalty
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for brand growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and coordinate impactful marketing campaigns
  • Monitor and analyse brand performance, providing insights to inform future decision-making
  • Contribute to the creation of brand assets, including visual content, copywriting, and product packaging
  • Manage brand-related social media channels, ensuring consistent messaging and engagement
  • Support the planning and execution of brand events and activations

What we're looking for

  • 1-3 years of experience in a brand management or marketing role, preferably within the FMCG or retail industry
  • Strong understanding of brand development, positioning, and marketing principles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency in data analysis, with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies
  • Creativity and a passion for developing innovative brand experiences
  • Well-developed time management and organisational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
