Job Description:

Our client is a premier High Net Worth (HNW) insurance brokerage, specializing in bespoke insurance solutions for affluent individuals, families, and institutions. Known for their personalized service and discretion, they work with leading insurers to deliver tailored policies that protect their clients' wealth and lifestyle. They are seeking a meticulous and client-focused Policy Servicing Manager (New Business) to oversee and manage the end-to-end onboarding and servicing of new HNW insurance policies. This individual will play a critical role in supporting relationship managers and ensuring an exceptional client experience for new high-value accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full policy servicing process for new HNW clients, from proposal to issuance.
  • Liaise with insurers, underwriters, and internal teams to ensure accurate and timely policy documentation and endorsements.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for new clients post-sale, addressing queries, policy details, and servicing requests.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover and onboarding of new business.
  • Review and validate policy terms, premium details, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain client records and policy documentation with high levels of accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Assist in system updates, reporting, and internal audits related to new policy issuance and servicing.
  • Identify opportunities to improve servicing processes and enhance client satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Insurance, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in insurance policy servicing, with a strong focus on HNW clients and/or life insurance.
  • Deep understanding of HNW insurance products, policy structures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong client service mindset.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple accounts efficiently.
  • Experience working with insurance platforms and CRM systems is preferred.
  • Discretion, integrity, and professionalism in handling sensitive client data.
