Our client is a premier High Net Worth (HNW) insurance brokerage, specializing in bespoke insurance solutions for affluent individuals, families, and institutions. They are seeking a meticulous and client-focused Policy Servicing Manager (New Business) to oversee and manage the end-to-end onboarding and servicing of new HNW insurance policies. This individual will play a critical role in supporting relationship managers and ensuring an exceptional client experience for new high-value accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full policy servicing process for new HNW clients, from proposal to issuance.
  • Liaise with insurers, underwriters, and internal teams to ensure accurate and timely policy documentation and endorsements.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for new clients post-sale, addressing queries, policy details, and servicing requests.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover and onboarding of new business.
  • Review and validate policy terms, premium details, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain client records and policy documentation with high levels of accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Assist in system updates, reporting, and internal audits related to new policy issuance and servicing.
  • Identify opportunities to improve servicing processes and enhance client satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Insurance, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in insurance policy servicing, with a strong focus on HNW clients and/or life insurance.
  • Deep understanding of HNW insurance products, policy structures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong client service mindset.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple accounts efficiently.
  • Experience working with insurance platforms and CRM systems is preferred.
  • Discretion, integrity, and professionalism in handling sensitive client data.
