PURPOSE

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES- Evaluate policy servicing and premium management processes, identify process gaps or areas where business performance can be improved and drive changes-
- Consult and discuss business requirements with operations leads and recommend solutions- Support new product launches, Day 2 developments and corporate’s initiatives by providing requirements for policy servicing and establishing appropriate processes- Sign off requirement documentation, prepare test plan and execute testing- Document processes, prepare training manuals and conduct training for internal users or intermediaries (if required)- Ensure that solution implementations are compliance to the Company’s risk governance and philosophy- Deliver the Company’s key performance indicators and strategic initiatives- Provide regular reports on implementation progress

QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE- Degree holder- At least 10 years of experience in life insurance especially policy servicing and premium managementKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITY- Strong knowledge in life & health insurance including investment linked products- Familiar with policy servicing and premium management of life insurance- Good understanding on regulatory related to life and health insurance- Strong leadership skill- Good verbal and written communication skills- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills- Good analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills
