Responsibilities
  • Assist customers and provide product recommendations
  • Maintain store display, cleanliness, and product arrangement
  • Handle cashiering, sales transactions, and close daily sales
  • Replenish stock and assist in inventory management
  • Demonstrate product functions and provide basic product knowledge to customers
  • Support promotional activities, roadshows, or retail events when required
  • Ensure excellent customer service engagement and build positive customer relationships
Requirements
  • No experience required; training provided
  • Customer-oriented with good communication skills
  • Able to work retail hours, weekends, and public holidays
  • Positive attitude, willing to learn, and enjoy sales environment
