**Position: Receptionist**

**Working Hours: Shift 1: 11 am to 9 pm / Shift 2: 1:30 pm to 10:30 pm (6 days per week, including weekends)**
**Location: Outram Road, Singapore**
**Salary: SGD2,000 to SGD2,800**
**Responsibilities**:
- Greet and welcome customers with a warm and friendly demeanor
- Manage reservations and assist in scheduling appointments
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information about our services and facilities
- Ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure excellent customer service
- Assist in administrative tasks as assigned
**Requirements**:
- Proficient in both Mandarin and English (verbal and written communication) for dealing with Mandarin-speaking customers and colleagues
- Well-groomed and professional appearance
- Prior experience in a customer service role is preferred
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Flexibility to work on weekends and different shifts
- Positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
