About the role
Reporting to the Regional Sales Director, this full-time Sales Specialist role with a US MNC, is an exciting opportunity to join a growing sales team in Singapore office. As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our key clients, identifying new sales opportunities, and driving revenue growth for the company.
What you'll be doing
- Proactively manage and grow a portfolio of existing client accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities by prospecting, networking, and leveraging your industry contacts
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets
- Provide feedback and insights to the management team to help improve sales processes and strategies
What we're looking for
- Minimum 2 years of industrial sales experience, preferably with automotive spare parts industry.
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients at all levels
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
