  1. Sales Specialist (Luxury Watches)

Working Days & hours: 5 days, Mon – Fri , 10am – 7pm

Location: Pasir Panjang

Salary: $3800 - $4200

Job scopes:

  • Greeting customers, understanding their needs, and providing expert recommendations on luxury watches.
  • Meeting individual and store sales targets by effectively showcasing and selling luxury watches.
  • Developing and maintaining in-depth knowledge of the watches, their features, and the brands represented.
  • Building and nurturing customer relationships to foster loyalty and drive repeat business.
  • Assisting with stock control, ensuring accurate records of inventory and assisting with replenishments.

Requirement:

  • MUST Have sales experience in luxury watches such as Patek Philippe, Audemars Piguet, Rolex, Omega, Longines, Cartier, etc.
  • Able to travel overseas to Asia, Europe, and other regions as needed.

2. Jewellery Retail Associate (Wedding band specialists)

Location:  Orchard Road- Far East Shopping Centre

Working days & time: 6 days | (9.30am-8pm - Mon - Sat)) / (9.30am - 7pm - Sun/PH)

4 days off per month

Salary: $2500 - $3500

Jewellery Retail Associate (Diamond specialists)

Location: Orchard Road- Far East Shopping Centre

Working days & time: 6 days | (9.30am-8pm - Mon - Sat)) / (9.30am - 7pm - Sun/PH)

4 days off per month

Salary: $3,800 - $3,500

Responsibilities

  • Greet and Usher Customers into the Boutique
  • Provide product recommendations/diamond sharing to Customers
  • Perform Cashiering duties and operate Point Of Sales (POS) System
  • Maintain a neat and tidy Sales Floor

Requirements

  • Min 1 year experience in High-End Retail (Luxury Goods Fashion, Cosmetics, Airline, and other relevant sectors)
  • Able to work Retail Hours & both weekends/PH

3. Retail Sales (Jewelry) - Junior/Senior

Working days:

(1) 5 days 9:30am-7pm , 12pm -10pm  Location : (Wisma Atria)

(2)5 days 10:30am-9pm , 10:30am-5:30pm Location:  (vivo city)

Basic: $3,000 - $4,300 + Team Commission ($100-$500) + Transport allowance ($60-$70) + AWS

Job description:

  • Daily store operation & housekeeping
  • Inventory check
  • Attending client inquiries
  • Provide customer service
  • Assisting client repair request and follow up on the process
  • Daily opening and closing (follow company SOP)
  • Cash counting
  • Opening closing safe box
  • Complete task assigned by manager
  • Doing basic paperwork, filing & excel sales report
  • Daily settlement

Requirements:

  • Experienced in luxury retail OR watches & jewellery

4. Retail Executive

  • Salary: $2100 - $2500
  • Working days : 44 hours shift (5 days rotating)
  • Shop operation hours: 11am - 930pm
  • Location:  Chinatown / Suntec (to be discuss)

Job Responsibilities

  • In charge of the retail shop, manage and guide retail staff and train new employee
  • Manage our retail shop to actively promote and sell our products
  • Manage retail shop product display
  • Handle sales/collection transactions and to attend to customers enquiries
  • Ensure highest quality of customer service

Job Requirements

  • With experience in retail industry
  • Willing to work on weekends and public holidays
