About the Role
We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented individual to assist with administrative and basic accounts-related tasks. You will support daily office operations, handle HR documentation, and help track monthly sales and expenses.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle HR functions such as staff attendance, leave, and records.
- Assist with preparing employment letters and other HR documents.
- Support payroll preparation and monthly sales/purchase calculations.
- Manage quotations, invoices, and filing of documents.
- Coordinate with the project team on daily operational matters.
- Answer calls, emails, and assist with scheduling.
Requirements
- Meticulous, responsible, and able to work independently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Able to communicate in English and Mandarin.
- Good teamwork and positive working attitude.
- Preferably able to start work soon.
