Salary: Up to $4,200/month

Working Hours: Tuesday to Saturday, 5:00 AM – 2:00 PM (One-way taxi reimbursement provided)

A leading technology multinational is seeking an Order Management Executive to support its operations across the US and European markets. This role is suited for detail-oriented individuals with SAP experience who are eager to contribute to process improvements, automation initiatives, and cross-regional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process new customer orders and order changes in line with service level agreements using the SAP Order Management system.
  • Collaborate with team members on projects, contributing to process standardization, continuous improvements, and automation using tools such as AI and RPA.
  • Apply knowledge of pricing logic to perform preliminary analysis of pricing issues, coordinating with Account Managers, Pricing, and Sales teams to resolve discrepancies.
  • Create and maintain customer business partner records and parametric setups in SAP to ensure accurate system configurations.
  • Monitor and resolve order holds to enable timely shipments and support quarter-end revenue targets.
  • Identify order data inconsistencies across systems, performing initial investigation before escalating to relevant teams.
  • Generate and review reports to confirm compliance with order management processes.
  • Work closely with order management teams supporting customers across Asia, Europe, and North America.
Requirements
  • 1–2 years' experience in order management or related functions.
  • Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA Order Management module (Flori Apps) is an advantage.
  • Willingness to explore AI and automation solutions.
  • Able to work on Public Holidays (with off-in-lieu) due to global market support requirements.
