As an Associate Executive, you will manage the cardiac screening hotline (during office hours) and provide administrative assistance to ensure the smooth delivery of cardiac screening services for MHA personnel. You will handle appointment bookings, calls, and enquiries, while ensuring efficient processes and a positive service experience.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate appointment bookings and handle calls and enquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Prepare and organise documents required for screening, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Provide service support, including handling feedback and complaints with appropriate service recovery
- Escalate issues and feedback to the supervisor where necessary
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation to support service delivery
- Perform other duties as assigned to support service needs
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE 'O' Level with at least 2 years of relevant working experience
- Prior experience in healthcare or customer service is an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Meticulous with strong organisational skills
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, with a service-oriented mindset
