Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver advanced support and operational maintenance for:

    • Windows Server Environments (2016, 2019, 2022)

    • Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy

    • Endpoint Management Tools (BigFix, SCCM/MECM, WSUS)

    • VMware (ESXi, vCenter, vSphere environments)

    • PowerShell scripting for automation and reporting

    • SharePoint (On-premises and Online administration and access management)
  • Manage and resolve incidents, problems, and complex service requests in production.
  • Act as the technical escalation point for L1/L2 support teams and perform deep-dive troubleshooting.
  • Monitor system performance, ensure availability, capacity, and patch planning.
  • Execute recurring tasks such as health checks, patch deployment, policy enforcement, and security validation.
  • Prepare and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and incident reports.
  • Coordinate with vendors and OEM support teams for escalations and product-related issues.
  • Demonstrate flexibility in supporting adjacent technologies (EUC, infrastructure monitoring, file/license servers, application support teams) based on project needs.

Job Requirements

  1. Minimum 5+ years of enterprise IT operations/support experience.
  2. Strong hands-on expertise with:

    • Windows Server Environments (2016, 2019, 2022)

    • Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy

    • Endpoint Management Tools: BigFix, SCCM/MECM, WSUS

    • VMware: ESXi, vCenter, vSphere

    • PowerShell scripting for automation and reporting

    • SharePoint (On-premises & Online administration and access management)
  3. Experience with ITIL-based service management (Incident, Change, Problem).
  4. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
  5. Willingness to participate in on-call rotations or shift-based support models.
