
Project Coordinator

The Project Coordinator will support the planning, execution, and completion of signage projects, ensuring that all works are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with Singapore regulations (BCA, SCDF, WSH). This role requires strong coordination, communication, and organizational skills to manage multiple stakeholders across design, fabrication, and installation phases.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate end-to-end project activities, from design approval to fabrication and installation.
- Prepare project schedules, monitor progress, and update reports for clients and management.
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, contractors, and regulatory authorities to ensure smooth project execution.
- Arrange site access permits, method statements, risk assessments, and safety documentation.
- Support the installation team with logistics planning and ensure compliance with WSH guidelines.
- Track project costs, assist with procurement and vendor management, and highlight potential budget variances.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including drawings, quotations, warranties, and handover reports.
- Diploma/Degree in Project Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
- 2–3 years of project coordination experience (preferably in signage, construction, or interior fit-out).
- Knowledge of signage fabrication, LED lighting/display systems, and installation methods is an advantage.
- Familiarity with Singapore building regulations and permitting processes (BCA submissions, LEW endorsement, etc.).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage stakeholders and resolve issues.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and deliver under tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office; AutoCAD or project management software knowledge is a plus.
