What the role is

You will work with schools to manage the end-to-end administration, to ensure the efficient and effective running of a suite of CET programmes. You will also handle daily course administration matters and provide quality, customer-oriented services to companies and students.

What you will be working on

  • Serve as the key liaison between students, academic teams, internal departments, and external agencies.
  • Provide course-related advice and support to students.
  • Manage course setup and enrolment in Training Management Systems (TMS) and SSG platforms.
  • Process billing, verify payments and funding applications for individual and corporate learners
  • Maintain accurate student attendance records.
  • Coordinate logistics such as venue booking, printing of course materials, and refreshments.
  • Assist with grant claims and related documentation.
  • Support system enhancements for TMS, including gathering requirements, testing, and implementation.
  • Develop effective operational and analytical dashboards for the CET processes
  • Analyse business and stakeholders' requirements and priorities, identify and make recommendations to streamline processes using digitalisation or automation tools
  • Perform other administrative and operational duties as assigned.

What we are looking for

You should be meticulous, possess good people relationship skills to work with internal and external stakeholders along with a high degree of self-motivation and ability to work effectively in a team environment.

  • Strong attention to detail, organized, and accurate in data entry and documentation.
  • Professional communication skills to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Self-motivated and eager to learn new technologies.
  • Familiarity with CET funding schemes is a plus.
  • Must possess systems thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of automation tools such as Uipath and Power Automate preferred
